One of the infinite number of chimps who made this called it “Doctor Who for the Depraved”.  This is generally regarded as a better assessment than the others' (mainly mating calls or “oop-oop-aaah”).  But maybe only slightly more accurate than the one that screamed and flung its feces at a wall.  

A scan by the deeply sassy A.I. which supervises the chimps' work determined it was: “64% The Time Bandits do Repo Man's drugs and steal Dr. Who's Time Machine and soon Everything Everywhere All at Once is Undone.”  Other results included “7.5% “Slaughterhouse-Five directed by Gregg Araki” and 0.03% “Heart”.  Ignore it.  It's just jealous because chimp maxi rooms wiped out all the AI writers during the last strike.
