From our own books β Hearteater and The Surgeon β to X-Series jackets and a few gleefully risquΓ© projects, 2025 was a year of Kickstarters that actually delivered. Here's what we're proudest of, plus a hint at what's coming in 2026.
X-Series Track Jackets

We've always wanted to wear the comic, not just read it. In 2025 we finally pulled it off β turning our love of 90s superhero design into real, mutant-hero track jackets you can actually put on. Backers took them from sketch to stitch, and now they're studio staples we genuinely fight over.

Hearteater Issue #2

Issue #2 funded fast and blew past its goal β which meant we got to keep this pirate saga sailing and keep paying the artists who make it. That's the whole point: fund the next issue, support the team, and never let a good series die at #1.
The Surgeon: Volume One

Chapters 1β6, collected into one complete, standalone graphic novel β the post-apocalyptic samurai saga the way it was meant to be read: in order, uninterrupted, all in one place. Funding the compendium let us back the creative team and put the full arc in readers' hands.

Giant Girl Adventures

Giant Girl Adventures kept growing in 2025, and we kept backing it β a creator-owned series that mixes action, humor, and heartfelt LGBTQ+ storytelling without ever sanding off its indie edge. Bold, personal, and entirely on the creators' terms. Exactly our kind of book.

After Dark

After Dark is where we get weird. Projects like I Do Not Like BDSM and Dick or Treat are bold, adult parody comics that don't always find a home in traditional publishing β so we give them one, with real production and an audience that actively wants this irreverent stuff.

Looking ahead to 2026
Five projects, one throughline: give creators the room β and the muscle β to actually finish the work they care about. Long-running series, complete graphic novels, weird experiments, the lot. We're a woman-owned, creator-run studio with a team scattered across the globe, and yes, we read the books we ship.
We also handle the unglamorous side for other creators β design, pre-press, lettering, flatting, crowdfunding consultation, and full pick-pack-ship fulfillment. Got something in the works? Tell us about it.
